AutoBody Alliance allows individual insurance carriers to customize their appraisal sources and listings as much or as little as they would like. By default the Certified Repair Facilities and Independent Appraisers are all available for searching and electronic dispatching, but at the discretion of the insurance carrier they may be added or removed from the list at any time.

It has always been a challenge to manage and communicate repair guidelines with appraisal sources. The PD Manager tool allows for the tracking and communication of repair profiles to your appraisal sources. Through the AutoBody Alliance tool, insurance carriers are able to populate a form with repair guidelines (no labor rates) which are available to view online at any time. These guidelines can be updated as often as necessary and a history is maintained on the system. Appraisal sources are always assured to get the latest repair profile when viewing online and will receive a link to the active profile with each assignment.
